Just located in the centre of Rome, Residenza Maxima offers its guests several nice apartments furnished with kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning and tv. Check in from 2 to 8.00 pm (40,00 euros of penalty for late arrivals, anyway not later than 11 pm); check-out by 10:00 am. Extra to pay in the structure: 20,00 euros for final cleaning (25.00 for stays shorter than 1 week).
Breakfast included and served in a bar close to the apartment: coffee or milk and coffee (Italian cappuccino) + 1 brioche + 1 little bottle of water.

Residenza Maxima has nine new apartments completely and elegantly furnished to satisfy its guests' needs. They all have kitchen, private bathroom, tv, safety box, hairdryer and air conditioning.
