NEL COMPLESSO SI TRATTA DI UN'OTTIMA STRUTTURA DOVE GLI ADDETTI NON SEMPRE SONO ALL'ALTEZZA DELLA SITUAZIONE. IN PARTICOLARE VA MESSO IN EVIDENZA CHE, DURANTE LA NOSTRA PERMANENZA LO SCARICO DEL LAVABO ERA COMPLETAMENTE INTASATO E CHE LA TAVOLETTA DEL BAGNO ERA ROTTA. NON ABBIAMO PROTESTATO, ABBIAMO STURATO DA NOI LO SCARICO ED UTILIZZATO IL VC SENZA TAVOLETTA. ALLA FINE DEL NOSTRO BREVE SOGGIORNO, IN MANIERA PIUTOSTO SGARBATA CI è STATO CHIESTO ANCHE IL PAGAMENTO DEI DANNI RELATIVI ALLA TAVOLETTA ROTTA. ANCHE I PREZZI NON SONO CHIARI, CI SONO STATE DIFFERENZE COSPICUE TRA QUANTO INDICATO NEL FOGLIO DI PRENOTAZIONE E QUANTO EFFETTIVAMENTE PAGATO.

Great solution for a budget stay in Rome. Complex is beautiful (great shared garden, also shared wityh a few mosquitos), very friendly staff, nice spacy rooms and excellent shower. Location - not walking distance from the center, but right outside is a tram station which comes every 5 mins (really that frequently!). We had the 4 bed apt. Master bed is great - sofa beds are less comfortable, but if you're not spoilt it shouldn't bother you. You will be asked to pay 20eur extra for cleaning or something like that. Wireless internet available - ask the recepion. Overall a really good deal and a perfect solution to enjoy a short visit in Rome.
